This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Cannot Login to Lenovo.com

    Anyone else not able to login to your account on Lenovo's site?

    It is nothing new for me, never have been able to in the last 2 months or so I have been trying. I always just get:

    No Portal Access

    System message:
    You do not have access to the portal you tried to reach.



    Just another glitch I know, but it has not really had any affect since you can track your order via the direct link anyways.

    i dont know if this is what you're experiencing or not, but you cannot use a lenovo account to log into lenovo's surplus site. new account needed.

    na, I was just trying to login to the normal site.

    Figured it out though, I had ordered through the education department so I had to go back to that area before clicking on My Account on the top of the screen.
