    I was just wondering if anyone was planning on getting an external dvd burner for their X200. If so does anyone have any suggestions on a usb powered one.

    I had the same question and just wanted to give this thread a bump. Also I was wondering if you are able to clean install windows with any external dvd drive or do you have buy specific bootable ones. Thanks in advance.

    This may be of interest. You can use any ide drive you want and it's usb powered.
