Hi everybody here in NotebookReview. I'm Buying a new Laptop. Maybe I'm new at ThinkPads but after reading about them and the configs that they offer, damn I started to love them :D

The problem is which model and size of screen should I choose. How does the size of the screen affects the battery life? Is better to buy a R61 or T61? Is the difference between them with the same config justify the price gap?

I'll travel a lot with that machine so battery is priority for me. But am I sacrificing significant viewing space?

By now these are my inqueries. Hope those who have a ThinkPad can help me decide. Thanks before hand!

Well are you an avid gamer? If so the T61P price gap is worth it because it has the equivalent of a 8600GT DDR3 256MB. So you shouldn't have any issues gaming.

I was thinking about the issue of the Graphic Card. I'm not an avid gamer just an ocational gamer. I play more old games than new games. If new games calls my attention I'll try them.

The independent NVIDIA QUADRO Graphic Card is a high energy consumer?

I believe the Quadro 570 which is equipped on the T61P consumes approximately 15-20% more power. If you don't find yourself gaming often a T61 would propably fit what you need perfectly.

If your considering getting a ThinkPad, theres a great sale going on that lasts until the 8th.
