    How long did it take Lenovo to ship your t410/t510 from ordering , shipping, and delivery?

    from ordering to shipping, my t410s took just under 3 months
    delivery was exactly 2 days after shipping

    I ordered my T510 on March 3 and it shipped March 16. I had selected two day shipping and my T510 was delivered on March 18. When I ordered the expected wait was 9 business days and that is exactly how long they took.

    I ordered mine on the twelth and the estimated ship date is the 31st.

    Edit: Just checked my order status and it shipped this morning!!

    Ordered my T410 on the 9th. Est ship date was the 27th but it shipped today instead. Thats right around 9 business days.

    Where do you guys see your estimated shipping date? My t510's order status went from Shipped to Blocked and back to Submitted... .

    edit: Ok now it changed to In Process.

    So is "In Process" Lenovo's terminology for "built, shipped and in transit" to you? Because that's the current status of my T510.

    Also the status page states that tracking is available the morning after shipment, and I got my shipping notification on May 21st, but I can't track it. The shipping method is L2 GL Standard... which is what exactly?

    I live in Canada, so I couldn't choose any shipping options except for the default. Thanks.

    Call and ask for your tracking number and they will email it to you. The site never updated my tracking info either.

    I have the same questions a blinkme. btw Can we just e-mail them? I hate calling customer service.

    make sure when you call them to choose the option for the sales department - not the option to check order status
    that way you'll get connected to the american call center, not the one in india
