How much longer with T61 be offered?

I heard the T400 and T500 are replacing the T61. How much longer do you think lenovo will keep offering this model? Also the X61 models.

I'm looking to get a laptop around black friday.

Black Friday may be as early as the 23rd and as late as the 29th of November.

You will be waiting a long long time. T400's are in stock right now for 2 Top Seller configs. T61's will probably be marketted on the main website probably till August/September would be my guess, but I have no idea.

I am looking for a discount greater than the Discount I could have gotten for 15% off a T400 at the current pricing and so I will wait it out. My guess is September will see more notebooks arriving and more supplies in stock.

Once they run out of the ones they have in stock I doubt they will make more. So it would be best to buy soon, otherwise you will be out of luck.

you can always use ebay or other lenovo partners to get one if lenovo.com no longer have them
