Good morning,
I recently bought an Y580 Ideapad (i5 3230M chipset, Geforce GTX 660M video card) which was supplied only with WIN 7 drivers. I need to have an XP session so I looked for XP drivers. I managed to find the most of them but had no luck with Geforce GTX 660M drivers. Lenovo doesn't have any, and those that I found at NVIDIA don't work. Installation procedure stops at the beginning with the message "not appropriate device was found"
Can somebody help with that?
Thank you in advance
PS. My laptop version is IDEAPAD Y580A 59-377154 which I have found that is imported from Polland (if this helps).

What do you need Windows XP for? If you need to run Legacy software, you are better off using Windows 7 with Windows XP mode, running as a vm:

It's use will be for music live performances and the software plus the extra hardware (sound cards) is only XP. VM is not a choice i need pure XP with XP drivers.

Well, if you are using the laptop for live music performance, why should you need the GTX 660M? You could always just dual-boot XP and Windows 7/8, and on XP the GMA 4000 HD is all you need to run audio production software.
