    Is the battery covered by warranty?

    It's not charging anymore and i was wondering if I can use the warranty to get a new one instead of buying a new one...

    Yes, it is covered. I had mine replaced while under warranty and they were quick to send a new one. You'll need to send the old one back to them.

    They will not cover battery for more than one year

    What's the best condition battery that anyone here has been able to get replaced?

    Degrading battery capacity is normal. You should only ask to have a battery replaced if it isn't properly holding charge or giving errors in power manager...
