Is the rgb led screen on T510 same as that of Dell studio xps 16?

    Hi there,

The Dell studio xps 16's best screen seems to be highly recommended.
Is this the same panel that can be ordered for the T510 (assuming they get more stock in one day)?

    Thanks!

Me too. Lenovo's screens are only reason I haven't moved back to the Lenovo camp...

W510 screen is still very good, maybe not as good as ips or rgbled.

notebookcheck.net claimed that gamut of xps16 surpassed the W510 "a bit".

I am not quite sure what exactly is the screen tech used on Lenovo. It seems to be RG-ph which would mean red-green phosophor LEDs. What exactly this means i am not sure, perhaps its red-green phosphors over blue LEDs.

This is different from regular WLED screens which use yellow phosphors on blue leds to produce white light.
