A friend of mine who lives in London asked me where she can see the X220 and try it out in London.

I cannot recall one place in London where the X220 would be on display.

    Please help me out.

    Thanks

Yes, but it might be in flames.

That is what I was afraid of. :D
I know for a fact that they did not loot the JobCentre Plus

Ok seriously, does anyone know a store where the X220 is on display?

Anyone? I mean it is hard to believe that there is not one place in London where one can see the X220 on display.

Perhaps it's a bit obvious to suggest phoning some of the bigger stores.
Otherwise take a walk up Tottenham Court Road. If it's available anywhere it will be there.

Tottenham Court Road is a good starting place (but while Micro Anvika's website lists 13 Lenovo computers, the X220 is not among them). A possible alternative is PC World. The X220 is on the website so they might have it in a store somewhere.

Might be off-topic, but is Tottenham now the safest place? :D

You'll find that Tottenham Court Road is in central London, not in Tottenham.

Thanks John. I guess the best bet is to go down and walk through the shops. I called PC World/Currys, Comet, Best Buy and some local shops but none seems to have.

As a sidenote, I think Lenovo would be able to sell more if they had just 1 showroom for their laptops in the capital cities of key markets.
