Is there anyway to email Lenovo instead of calling them for a warranty part replacement like a new keyboard. I have a warranty and everything...

is there a specific reason why you can't call? I don't think you can e-mail and even if you can.. the turn around time for that will be longer. A different alternative is to just drop by a service center near your area for warranty work. Search here: http://bplocator.lenovo.com/

Fill out the information. Find your service provider. No need to waste their time or yours.

Another option is to go to Lenovo's help forum on their support website and PM/talk to Mark. He is an admin there and can act as a middle man between you and Lenovo. He is very good at helping customers out as well as providing better and quicker communication. He should be able to order and send you the part to your house if you do not have a service center near you.
