    Nice find. Should I worry that the Crucial item number at Frys doesn't match the item number of the module recommended on the Crucial website? All the specs look the same.

    Looks like online price is back to $60-20mir since I posted it morning on hot ram deals. I got it in-store- so should still be in frys for same price as long as in stock (was in their flier).

    I bought the stick of RAM from OP's post. However, rebate is limited to one per household. Right now I am living VERY FAR away from anybody I know making it impossible for me to get 2. If no shipping & handling charges, the one I posted would be $39.99 - $12 MIR = $27.99, which is only $3 more. Let's hope Newegg does a free S&H on that stick soon.
