Recently I got a Ultra bay HD adapter and a WD Blue Scorpio HD to go with my T60p. While data transfer worked flawlessly I did notice one issue that happened from time to time. Right after coming back from sleep the activity lights for both the main drive (I have a SSD) and the HD in the ultra bay are lit continuously and the system would stop responding to any user input that requires disk activity such as opening a file. And this abnormal behavior would go on for as long as it takes, the longest I have waited was like 20 minutes but it did not go away (i have not waited any longer). And one out of maybe 5-10 wakes from sleep would I observe it, I cannot duplicate this because I don't yet know what causes it to happen.

    Any ideas?
