Hi all, Since yesterday my computer stopped responding (freezes) when boot-up about a minute from that annoying pop-up window appear. There's no way to do anything except to shutting down directly from On/Off button. I'm posting this message 'cause I'm desperate and the only way to do anything is to start Windows directly in Safe Mode.

    The pop-up says:

    "Lenovo service trigger v0.1.

    Event registered successfully
    Start event successfully raised
    Unregister rrservice provider successfully!"

Everything was running perfectly until this message appeared.

These are the main specs of my w510: i7-820QM/8GBRAM/NQ880FX/2*320GB SATAII RAID0

Thx for reply, btw i'd checked this thread before but seems that i not able to fix the issue using their tips, since i cant unistall/reinstall anything via safe mode

P.S: I fixed, i stared W7 normally but after few sec so i havent waited for applications loading and such, i checked directly task manager then i stopped rescue & revovery process, after that i've installed it again using lenovo download manager and disabled the auto backups then all seems working perfectly again, i tried several times to restart laptop in order to see if the issue back again.
