Many people have grown very tired with MonsterMaxx, including myself. After having posted hundreds of posts complaining about Lenovo, insulting people and trolling, he finally got banned some time ago - only to get unbanned a day or two later.
My guess is that he pleaded his case to the mods and promised to not use foul language. They then let him continue being an user of NBR.
After this, he has adjusted his badmouthing attitude a bit, but he still continues to manipulate, annoy and disrespect people through his posts in which he preaches the gospel about:
How bad Lenovo is and how everyone who disagree are so-called "fanboys".
Yet he is probably the biggest "fanboy" himself when it comes to HP, due to the HP notebook he bought instead of the ThinkPad.
All in all he definitely does not deserve any attention, but I have a problem keeping a blind eye to the posts he makes, as he is misinforming and affecting other users of NBR.
But then there was a light. Unfortunately he did not get banned again, but this happened instead:

I was about to loose faith in the NBR Mods/Admin, but apparently they were just taking their time evaluating the case.

MM may have went a bit too far and may have been a bit persistent. But you have to understand where he was coming from. He made his point about WUXGA screen quality and Lenovo Support nightmares, and as a consumer I respect when people who have had problems with products that I consider purchasing voice their opinion and stories. I can say that I ordered my thinkpad based on negative things people have said about certain computer components and manufacturer support. We need people who have had bad experiences to speak their mind, it's part of the consumer experience
. If MM was a bit more level-headed and more tactful he would have gotten his point across a lot easier.

I just didn't like the way he threw dirt on lenovo on every occasion he could find. It is understandable that he would be unhappy with his lenovo experience, but that does not entail him to accuse others of being "fanboys" and going to the extreme in his posts.

You guys do understand that trolls feed on attention and that this thread is inflating his ego exponentially, right?

He was still posting after that thread he started to the mods. I think it was the t61p vs hp thread, that got him taken out. After I posted a few things that actually made him look like like more of a fool, his posts were deleted.
He called me a Lenovo Lover, and I dont even own a Lenovo, neither did I take Lenovo's side. All in all, it good he's gone, he contributed nothing but duplicate posts in different threads......
It seems there is some justice after all...
