    Thats a good notebook right there. Im not familiar with that GPU but otherwise with the 2GB RAM with the awesome processor your good to go :)

    The parts lookup link doesn't work, and the one I found and tried did not give me information on which keyboard I have etc...
    Does anyone have an updated link?

    Hm, that's weird, try this instead,
    use your thinkpad to go to that link and simply choose "Detect and continue" on the left column, maybe it will reveal more?

    Are you sure that you went to the parts lookup after entering your serial number?

    BTW, the FireGL card is nice. Since you got a c2d, you'll actually be getting a v5250, not a v5200. Even with it, I still get 4 hours on the 9 cell battery with the default power settings. (just web browsing or using word/dreamweaver/whatever, not playing 3d games!)

    Unfortunately it has only been shipped, I havn't received it yet.
    (I live in Canada, and have ordered it to my uncle's house so I will grab it when I am there on vacation)
