    I can't wait that long.

    But, the phone is off for the weekend and I can't find it online. Can I cancel my order?

    Also, when will they charge my credit card?

    I'm kind of in your same boat here. I don't believe you can do it online, I think we're going to have to wait until Monday then cancel.

    Same thing here, i have to cancel. I placed my oder on May 29 and shipping is Aug/30 (If i'm lucky). So yesterday i finally had enough and got myself an Hp dv6500t w/ the new NVidia 8400 gs GPU . Atleast i know this will be at my door in just over a week. I think i'll call my credit card and tell them not to authorize any further charges.

    They said on that same blog that delivery dates for August are NOT accurate. Might as well wait and see what the real one is, but that's just me

    I emailed yesterday as well and got no response yet. Remember they have thousands of people calling/emailing because of this mix up and thus it might take a bit. Also like said I do not think they are around on weekends.

    From my experience, I sent four emails to the sales rep and he finally answered the last one about a week after I sent it; forget trying to call.

    On the other hand, I filed a complaint with the BBB and had a customer service rep call in about three days. We traded voicemail Wednesday and Thursday; he actually did get back to me.
