    I'm wondering about one of the pics in the NBR review. I know the ultrabay is removable. Next to the ultrabay, that tiny little switch with the lock and unlocked pictures I take it is to remove the ultrabay ODD? What then is that switch that is just above the Lenovo sticker? Do you push that to the left to push out the ODD?

    Yep. You have to slide the lock latch to unlock with one hand, and then slide the other latch (the one above the lenovo sticker in that pic) to actually push the unit out of the bay.
