    Just ordered a T61p!

    Well, after much deciding, I chose the T61p. The HP 8510w was a close contender, but it cost a bit more than the T61p and wasn't really that much smaller.

    Anyway, I attached the specs below, which include the shipping date (Sep. 20). I got a 9 cell and 6 cell battery and a 2 year warranty. I'll be doing some benchmarking when I get it (hopefully it will ship sooner than the 20th).

    You know I will! :)

    The plan is to do all benchmarking and such before I do a clean install. That way, I don't really care what I put on there doing the benchmarks, so I will be up for anything. Of course, the scores will be a little low, but I will disable as much bloatware as I can first.
