I have Norton Anti-Virus 2002 proffesional edition. Will it protect my vista from viruses? I can't afford vista anti-virus at the moment.

Your better off you using a good free one like Avast or AVG.

I used my older Mcafee on Vista and it worked fine. However, Vista claims that there are only a few anti virus software that would work correctly on vista. I think it was the new norton and kaspersky.

I just downloaded avast, but it says it is a trial. Can someone give me a direct link to the free version? I can't seem to find it. Thanks.
