Ideapad Y530…in 4 days!! Initial impression is superb, these are the “best keep secret” in consumer notebooks! It pays homage to the ThinkPad line with honor; great built quality, keyboard, and "modernized" TP looks. I will ditto all that XP said in his review…to me the best part is the fantastic LED screen, speakers, and the price.

My sales experience was impeccable, spoke with Brian, at the Raleigh, NC complex, he answered all my questions, was knowledgeable and if he didn’t know the answer he talked to someone who did, no BS. The current sale is great. All in all…..great job Lenovo.

Yeah, despite low ratings for Lenovo at resellerratings.com, I was very happy with their service. They shipped quickly, and I received exactly what I ordered through Lenovo Outlet.

Then, I found that one of the keys on my keyboard wasn't working properly, so I called, anticipating a lot of hold time and redirecting in circles trying to validate my warranty, etc., but all I had to do was explain the problem and they immediately shipped out a new keyboard which I'll be able to replace myself (perfect for me, since it's important I have my laptop for work).
