I was updating my BIOS on my Thinkpad T61 14.1" series or 7662-CTO today.

After finished installing and restarted the computer this message popped up on the desktop says:

    Microsoft windows

Prevalence reporter stopped working and was closed

A problem caused the application to stop working correctly.
Windows will notify you if a solution is available.

    its all about AVG!
To resolve it you should allow prevalence reporter to access the net through your firewall.
