I'm using my T400 as a sort of server in a 3d program and it's usually on for six hours at a time, is there anything I should be worried about?

So far the maximum temperature recorded was 67C after being on for about four hours. This is on the integrated graphics.

Is this going to wear on the laptop or are these acceptable numbers? Noise isn't an issue, so if I could find a program to bump up the fans I would do that.

Are those temperatures recorded under load from your 3D application? If so then its within normal ranges and I wouldn't really worry about it to be honest. Though I would be concerned if those were idle temps instead as that would be a bit hot...

Yep, if 67C is the maximum temperature reached, then you will be fine. The T400/T500 does have quite a robust cooling system, especially if you're running on integrated graphics mode :)

In my room it idles at about 39C it's pretty remarkable. But I was a little worried about leaving it in the mid to high 60's for days at a time.

I would have no concerns about that temperature. It's theremal cycling (variations in temperature) than tends to kill the hardware (starting with the Nvidia GPUs of a few years back).
