Key "B" on my X220 feels a bit different than other keys. Also, if I look closely it's a bit depressed. The key needs a stronger push than other ones.
I've tried removing it. Underneath the key is a click-clack mechanism. I have removed it too and for some reason the two pieces don't slide smoothly, there is some friction between them. Tried using oil and a hand cream - didn't help much. Do you have an advice on what to do about this?

The little plastic bits under the key don't need any lubrication. It is possible to buy replacements for these bits on ebay, but if you're still under warranty call Lenovo and see if they'll send you a new keyboard.
