Seems like everywhere I look I find a different number. I planned on just calling the return center number regarding my T400 I just received.

Really upset about my keyboard. Extreme flexibility on the right and left sides of the keyboard and plastic parts.

The left side bottom corner keys all make an annoying loud click noise if I press any of them.

The left speaker clicks in and out if any sort of pressure is applied.

I know I have read on here that they will send a better keyboard with complaints.

Anything I can do about the speaker panel?

This was my main concern when ordering the laptop was the quality/build.

Overall, like the computer but upset with the build. The keyboard is exactly what all of the horror stories explained..

Why don't you call one of the number you've found and see if they can help you. That certainly would be faster than asking us for a specific number :p. They can always transfer you or inform you of who to call.

I thought the answer was ghostbusters.

But yes, I agree with jaredy, the customer service has always been really helpful and shipped me a new keyboard when I told them I had just one slightly sticky key.

That's what I planned on doing but since they were already closed by the time I made this thread I figured it was worth a shot.
