So I used to have a Dell Inspiron 9100 about 6 years ago, and I think Fn and Ctrl was also switched around so that the Fn is on the very left. Then any other laptop I have ever seen / used after that had Ctrl on the very left.

Seems to me Ctrl is used way more often (just think how much you use ctrl+c/X, ctrl+V, and other Ctrl combos). So shouldn't Ctrl be on the very left so that its easy to hit under any circumstance (just aim anywhere in the bottom left corner), is there a reason Fn is on the very left in Thinkpad?
