    Laptop sceen flickers then turns off?

    My laptop screen will flicker and then the light turns off because i can still kinda see whats happening on the screen.
    Anybody know whats wrong?

    If it is going out does that mean no matter what i gotta send it in?

    No its been out of warranty for 2 years.
