    I checked the "Lenevo' site & talk with co. representative This (i7) model still to launch in India.I don't understand why good models always launch in India after being 3-8 month old worldwide

    Because, India market is a lagging market for many goods, those whom are wealthy enough can often get it through oversea family and friends, since the price in India is much higher with the tariff. This is largely how many large electronics and computer company operates.

    Price skimming practice in India doesn't work as well as many other market. Because those middle class and upper class citizens are well traveled and may have oversea residence/citizenship or have close family members whom are overseas.
