    Lenovo 3000 C200 Manufacturers software

    I purchased 3000 C200 (Vista Home Basic) it was pre-loaded with loads of Lenovo software taking up about 20gb of 80gb disk. can anyone tell me what would be safe to uninstall or should I just leave things as they are? will be glad of help please. thank you

    I think most of them you can, such as 90-day norton, google desktop, etc. these 3rd party softwares are paid to preinstalled on the laptop.

    some of the lenovo softwares you may want to keep them, such as disk keeper.

    It took much space not because of these softwares; it's because it automatically back up all the files on your computer. If you already backed up your data in an external hard drive, you can turn that off.
