    Try reinstalling Windows?

Otherwise, seems like a defective panel or GPU.

Look at your laptop's Hardware Maintenance Manual for a list of supported panels, and consider installing a new one, maybe a nicer high-res one.

If it's the GPU, sadly you cannot do anything about it, as the G430's GPU is non upgradeable, and since it's GPU is soldered to the motherboard (unlike newer laptops with their GPU's soldered to the CPU), this basically means your laptop's GPU is failing and you should be looking for a new laptop.

I suggest you to try external display first,if you got the same case,it mean your GPU chipset problem, but if you got perfect image on the external display, it mean only wires that unconnected to your lenovo's motherboard,or just your Lenovo's LCD problem. its not about software problems..its an hardware failure.I think its not your GPU chipset problem, its only your lenovo's LCD or just flexible wires. If your GPU chipset is the problem all you can do is reflow or reball the chipset, THATS IF YOUR GPU CHIPSET NOT BROKEN OR BURNED.Jobine is right , INTEL GPU is non upgradeable in Lenovo 300 G430, unless you can buy the same chipset from LENOVO and install it on your motherboard , i knew that 'couse I have the same laptop here and I worked as a technician and programmer . symptoms of your laptop screen it indicates a problem around the wires are not connected properly or damaged LCD, symptoms of damaged GPU is rarely like that, but I think you have to pay attention if symptoms such as it is at all the times or only when the laptop tends hot conditions? If such symptoms appear whenever the laptop is in hot conditions and not every time you turn on the laptop, then maybe it is not interlinked with the GPU on the motherboard. try also to move LID and see if there are any changes to the screen, if the screen displays the image properly sometimes when you move LID then I'm willing to take the conclusion that only a cable problem that is not connected to the motherboard perfectly . Sorry for my bad english. Good Luck
