Hey guys, does anyone have experience with the accidental damage plan? I am upgrading to it today for my y510p SLI, although a few weeks ago I broke the J key on my keyboard when attempting to remove the key to get out a piece of dirt. Glue doesn't hold the key in, and it's extremely annoying. After having activated the accidental damage plan, I would like to call up to have them either send me a new key or replace the keyboard. In your opinion, how long should I wait to tell them about the key, and do you think I'll have issues since I put a drop of superglue on? The key itself is the only broken part, the retainer under it as well as the rubber are entirely intact. Lastly, how is their in home coverage, do they actually come to your house or do you have to be within a mile of their repair center (exaggeration, of course).
