    My dad is having trouble with his lenovo account. He gets an employee discount through his work. It kept rejecting his email, but it finally worked. Now he can only log on to the Lenovo.com site, and not the one where he gets a discount.

    Any help?

    I live in Canada so it might be different but I think that this is the problem here:

    Your father probably obtained his account on the discount website, which is not the Lenovo(US)'s main website. They are not connected with each other.

    I would make sure that I have an account on the discount website. In my case, an account on lenovo.com/visa/ca or visaperks was necessary to get the visa rebate.

    I would call them to make sure.
