    Lenovo Account Locked out: unlocking it

    After trying to login to my account my account eventually got locked out (i was sure i was entering the correct password). My question is how can I unlock over the weekend. When I try to call lenovo, all I get is the automated machines telling me to call back on the next business day.

    I'm trying to order the laptop through lenovo direct for my college. The laptop I plan to purchase is:

    I really to order it now as this is the lowest price for the T61 4:3 in over a month. Using another email address is not an option as I have to use the email address of my school? Is there some way to unlock my account. Thanks.

    You really shouldn't try that link on this forum to fool Lenovo system. The link should be only be used by students and alumni of Ohio State University. I'm pretty sure Lenovo will verify your information with the university. If you are not listed, Lenovo may lock your account and cancel your order.

    Even using the OSU link, the machine won't be delivered until August. Students are expected to pick their systems upon arriving the university or deliver to their home address directly.

    T61 14.1" standard screen version, also known as "DaVinci III" will be available next month. If you are in schools who do not have special sales agreement with Lenovo, you can still try Education - Education Employee Purchase Program - Students - Students & Alumni on the main site.

    no this is through my own college, not osu. It's done by going to the lenovo site and clicking eduation.
