After much frustration and not giving up, I received my return for credit authorization today. So, Lenovo is making good, and good on them! But what really turned me off on getting a replacement was when the Outlook Express had freeze proplems they told me it was a Microsoft problem and to call them. Microsoft said NO, Lenovo bought OEM software, so it's a Lenovo problem! I never thought to ask who is responsible for software problems, but I will now. I don't know where I will go now for a new computer. During this experience I came to appreciate my 6 year old Dell laptop, which has a skipping key problem Dell was never able to fix. By the way, the T61 model I bought was not a cheap one.
