This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I had a pretty bad experience with a Boston Power 6-cell battery this summer.
    Ordered for my T60p, the battery lost ~20% of its charge capacity from April to July. Of course I understand that my N-value is 1 but the battery performed poorly compared to my 3 year old lenovo issued panasonic based battery (also 6-cells)

    Panasonic battery is the best... i have tried the Boston battery for two weeks, and it worked okay, not sure about the longevity though, as i would need to use it for at least 1 year.
