I've put two orders in for a Thinkpad; both times, I received a notice from their billing department saying there was a problem charging my credit card. This is probably because my billing address differs from my shipping address (tho' I have added my shipping address to the list of addresses on my credit card, so I don't know why they're having this problem).
Anyway, the 1st time I called them, I reached their eternal voice mail (seems nobody actually mans their phones) and left a message with my info.
After 2 days, they didn't call, so I called them and left a message saying I'd like to cancel that order, and to please call me to confirm.
They never called back, but it appears the order was canceled.
I made a 2nd order, and got the same email (on a Saturday, when they're closed). I've called them and left a message.
I'm wondering if they will actually ever call me back - it is ridiculous to have a system where they tell me to call them, and then to leave a message to call me back, and then they never call me back, and there seems no way to talk to an actual person.
Has anyone ever found a way around this? I'd love to get to a real person over there.

Their credit card depart is very slow. Just call them again during their business hours and ask them to redirect you to credit card department. Also, try using the online chat... Don't leave messages, they won't respond you.

So the chat support person can work out a billing problem, too?
Don't see why their billing dept would say "Leave a message and we'll call you back" and provide no other way to contact them, and then never call you back... seems counterproductive.

They sure have a department which needs improvement. -
