I opened a Lenovo account for website access and it blocked me out after I saved a quote for 2 seperate accounts.

Resetting password does not allow login back to the system so I opened the 2nd account and the same thing happened.

The 2nd account came back up after I logged in correctly but the shopping cart feature gave a 404 error code. Then it corrected itself.

As for the first account I didn't try this one yet. Did anyone else have this problem or was it isolated just to me?

I'd done so many quotes leading up to the start of August that Lenovo sales called me to see if I needed help with anything. Not sure whats happening but I saw no limit on quotes... :)

Be sure that your trying to access your account from the same portal in which you created it. For example if you created your account while using cpp/epp/spp portals, your log in will only work there. You cannot use it on the regular lenovo website ect.

Yeah this is almost definitely the case. I created my account at the cpp site. I tried to login the next day and was puzzled as to why it didn't work. Turns out you do have to go back to same place where you registered to login.
