I just configured an identical T61 like the one I just received using this blowout coupon. It is actually 70 CAD more expensive than the one I just received which was purchased through visa and an additional coupon.

visaperk 5% off +the ecoupon combined with visaperk 12%off =17% off
the blowout coupon is only 15%
IMO its time to buy t400/500 , spend like 100 more bux than your configure and get newer and better t400.

CAXAUGUST16 is wat i meant. Still it depends on your budget , if its not too tight then I strongly suggest you go t400 since it just dropped from 1380cad to 1050 today. With visaperk you can get 17% off then the starting price is around 880 too.

    Wow, less than $900 CAD for a T400. That's a great deal.

I don't know about Canadian Site, the US site recently has 25% discount on the new T400 + you can use further student/CPP discount on that new price
