I have access to the Lenovo Contractor Purchase Program (CPP), but am not sure what differences there will be if I need to contact Lenovo (ie, regarding a problem with the laptop in warranty).

I have read that with the EPP, there are no returns - does that apply to the CPP as well?

So my basic question is this: aside from a nice discount at purchase time, what differences will buying from CPP have?
