I purchased a U450P to replace an aging Dell Studio.

Well 2 weeks after ownership, like a dummy was holding it by the screen and broke it. No insurance for my stupidity.

I sent it back to Lenovo to have it repairs and figured it would be at my cost.

Well I gets back to them in 2 days, next day I get a notice it is on the way back to me. Well they repaired it under warranty as they said it was a dead pixel problem. No way, I broke the darn thing, well not going to complain, a Lenovo has a customer for a long time.

    Thanks

I'll add a "ditto"...they are very good, which is one reason why I am a repeat buyer..plus the product is great.

I also enjoyed the sales people....very helpful, prompt and they did everything in their power to get it done right......and no problem getting a price adjustment done later.

    Kudos...to Lenovo.
