Hello, im new here, and i want to upgrade my i3-3110M to i7-3612QE and there's also i7-3612QM, and this laptop chipset is HM76 which support i7-3612QM that claim to be BGA1224 while i7-3612QE claim to be BGA1023.I am very curious but i go to this site http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-Intel_(chipsets)/HM76_Express.html

and there's a tons of CPU can fit to this HM76 chipset, but there is no i7-3612QE list on that site...

So, which one is suitable for my laptop?

I've upgraded mine to a i7 3630QM from a 3110M just like yours. You're gonna need a PGA (988b) CPU for this model. BGA is solded on the motherboard while the PGA is just like a desktop CPU and can be upgraded easily.

Those are the options you have: http://ark.intel.com/products/family/65506/3rd-Generation-Intel-Core-i7-Processors#@Mobile

Models ending on U or Y (ULP - Ultra Low Power/Voltage) are BGA only. There are some models that have both PGA and BGA, you need to check which one you are buying.
