This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Lenovo IdeaPad Y710- available?

    I was hoping the Y510 would offer more powerful options for the CPU and graphics in the 15.4" size, but the Y710 seems to fit my needs quite well. Office Depot and TigerDirect have the Y510 available on their websites, but not the Y710 yet. Has it been released yet?

    I wonder if Lenovo will offer these directly and, if so, if they'll offer more customization options (like the ThinkPad line) in the future?
