Hello, this is my first post, I'm trying to get some information about this machine and I see there's very little online, so I wanted to ask, someone has this laptop? Is it good?

    Link on Lenovo website

    The configuration I'm looking at:

    15" 1366 x 768
    Intel Core i7 3632QM (2.2GHz), Quad Core, 6MB Cache, Turbo Boost 3.2GHz
    4GB DDR3 (1x 4GB), 1600MHz
    500GB, 5400rpm
nVidia GeForce 635M mit 2GB + Intel HD Graphics 4000

    link (swiss website)

    It costs 875 USD

My biggest concern is that it seems too good for the price. It's actually the cheapest quad core laptop I could find, but the design it's great, it almost looks like an ultrabook. I know the ram and the HDD aren't the best but I would expect it to be much more expensive anyway.

I will be using it mostly for video editing and music production.

Might upgrade the RAM in the future, and maybe put the bluray drive.

    Any opinions?

Look at the units in the Lenovo Outlet, esp for new units (use checkbox on left side once you've gone to outlet.lenovo.com and clicked on one of the laptop links at the bottom of the page).

Eg. Recently, new z580 i7 was selling new for $670 in the outlet.
New Y580 with 1080 screen was selling for not much more at $680.
