    Hello everyone,

I got my brand new Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 16" with AMD CPU and RTX 3070. Nearly everything is working perfectly and the Laptop ist performing very well. Unfortunately there are some minor issues which are annoying me. I guess they are related to each other.

    1. Camera of the Laptop ist not working
    2. Legion Logo on the back is not lighting up

I assume it is an hardware error, maybe a cable is not connected correctly because whatever I do the camera is not detected by the system (checked drivers, hardware switch, BIOS, device manager).

Has someone a hint how I can solve this issue?

I have already dissasembled the whole system and checked the motherboard cable but I guess the cables I'm looking for are behind the LCD screen...therfore you have to remove the cover which is very diffucult and could harm the system...

Fixed the issue on my own. A cable under the hinge cover was not attached.

I am having some issues with the camera too or to be more precise with the camera physical on/off switch - it does not work at all, there is no indications on the screen too (enable/disable icon does not appear). The camera is working though. Did you experience any similar issues with that switch too?

Well, if someone is experiencing this too, I was able to fix it by opening the laptop and moving around the actual usb-camera switch board (USB Board L 82JQ) - the button on the board was not correctly aligned with the physical switch on the chassis. The camera switch is working as expected now.
