This "pro-level" notebook features a 1080p, 17.3-inch IPS display with Nvidia G-Sync. Powering that screen is, first and foremost, a GeForce GTX 1070 with 8 GB of GDDR5 RAM, more than enough for the Y920's display resolution. The rest of the specs include:

    • A choice between an Intel Core i7-7700HQ or an overclockable i7-7820HK processor
    • 16 GB of RAM (type and speed yet to be determined)
    • 512 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD storage
    • Killer Wireless-AC 1535 wireless card
    • Bluetooth 4.0
    • 3x USB 3.0 ports, plus a Thunderbolt port
    • Ports for HDMI and Display Port
    • A 6-in-1 card reader
    • Windows 10

Starts at $2,699!   you have to be kidding. $2700 gets you i7-700HQ and a GTX 1070, the rest of the laptop better be something special. Lenovo is usually synonymous with "budget" in their gaming category. It certainly doesn't look like they are following suit with the thin and sleek trend either.

You can get one from HP around 1600 with new chassis, 512SSD and 1080p 120hz G-sync.

Don't forget to reship to a tax free forwarder!
