I received my N200 last week and with in a week my pointing device stopped working. Also I can't seem to locate the driver for my webcam..Lenovo customer support is not that friendly, for the webcam driver issue they opened a ticket and after 3 days they asked me to to reinstall of vista(F11 option during startup) ...
but in the meantime, my laptop is with the service depot for the pointing device issue. The tech at the depot called me and said they have to replace the whole plate as the pointing device is attached to the front plastic...It will take 3 days to receive the part....
I am still under the 30 day return policy and after the crappy customer service, breakdown within a week..I am doubting whether I made the right choice with Lenovo...(thought IBM will keep its reputation...but... :(

Also the sticker at the front plate says, Intel Centrino duo, but I bought a core 2 Duo (I checked the system and it says its Intel core 2 duo)
Vista sticker at the back is like its been ripped off in the middle..but some other thread says its normal...but a valid sticker should be intact one would think....)

    Any thoughts?

    dissappointed Lenovo customer :-(

Usually if something breaks within the return period I just return it. I don't give high value items a second chance.
