So I bought a laptop from the lenovo outlet store on friday. Than on saturday morning, I found a better deal on the lenovo outlet site, so I placed my order for that one and was hoping to cancel the first laptop i bought. When I checked my bank , they had charged me for both laptops, the lady on the phone said it was too late to cancel since it was sent to the shipping facility. Ok np, ill just return it when I get it. A couple days later I get BOTH laptops but the charge for the first laptop is gone from my bank statement. I was only charged for the 2nd one I bought.

I wasn't planning on keeping the first one and they offer free return+shipping within 30 days. Its been two weeks since I got the laptop and still no charge. I don't want to keep this laptop only to be charged a month later where the return policy is not in effect anymore.
Has anyone else been not been charged by lenovo outlet before?

Yes, I did and they will get around to charging you. Why not call them up and ask what to do as it seems like the right thing to do?

Just return the first one you don't want. They have your credit card information and will always find a way to charge you.

Yeah, pretty much what ZaZ and thinkwierd said. Maybe if it was a cash deal, then you could potentially "get away with it" if you wanted to, but Lenovo already has your credit card information so they can always charge for the first laptop to get paid. I'd go call up Lenovo and explain the situation; maybe they could waive any restocking fees?

just send it back, even if they never get around to charging you. You'll sleep a lot better in the long run.
