    Okay I ordered Lenovo P73 with i7 + 32GB RAM + RTX3000 + 512GB SSD and added additional 1TB nvme SSD + 17.3” 4K display.

My question is - will it make it better if I return this and get RTX4000 machine ? Or PS and LR wont see any major bump with RTX4000 ?

The RTX 4000 will of course be better but its only Max-Q so 90W limited.
So the difference wont be all that great just keep that in mind.
RTX 3000 is between a 2060 and 2070 and is only 80W but its the Max-P version so no power limitation should be present also when you use both CPU and GPU, the CPU will power limit when the GPU runs at 90W
