    I ordered this on 11/23: THINKPAD SERIAL ATA HARD DRIVE BAY ADAPTER
    from Lenovo. Each week they move the shipment date forward. Now to ship on 12/22! For a piece of plasticc with alum and a cheap Marvell chip. What gives? Can understand if its a system but this is ridiculous. Lenovo's site should just indicate out of stock instead of jerking people.

    if it hasn't shipped and you are unhappy
    you can always cancel your order and buy it somewhere else.

    I ranted about those delays for a while. My notebook bag got ordered 3 days before my laptop and is still to be shipped and my laptop is already here. This is > 20 days ago now.

    They must custom make/solder/sew them once ordered :)

    Try ordering it from another place if they are jerking you around too much.
