    Hey JTM,

I also ordered a W500 about 30 days ago and I called them today to price match. My original system cost 1,600 and I was able to get the price match to 1,280 (the everyone pays employee price thing and the 2 day coupon). I think the coupon ends today at 12 am, though, and their sales center is closed now so I don't know if you can get the same the same price match :( . Try to configure a system with it and call them with the code tomorrow. If they won't let you get the coupon price then you should be able to get the "everyone pays employee price" promotion, which is still about 100 dollars off. Best of Luck.

If you paid with a credit card, your credit card issuer may have a Price Protection program that "protects" you against this. (This usually is the case for VISA cards, within 90 days.)

It is from 21days from when it is shipped to you like someone mentioned. So if you actually have the laptop then you can figure it out. However to take advantage of the pricing from the employee discount you will have to generate a quote as mentioned above as well. Without that quote you cannot price match.
