    Hi guys,

Does anyone have experience with Lenovo's price matching process? I purchased a T61 earlier last week (which I got yesterday), only to find out the price on the exact laptop dropped by another $100.

When I called lenovo to do a price adjustment, the customer agent took down my order number, quote id, and told me that a price adjustment will go through the approval process in 8~10 business days. Shouldn't it be approved on the spot?

There's always a process/ bureaucracy to go through, especially when it comes to refunding money. Give them the 10 days, but if you don't see any credit back, call and call again to make sure you get your money back. Try to get something in writing or an e-mail if at all possible.

I would ask for an RMA number and let them know you are just going to return it if they dont price adjust.
